Which countries accept OET for nurses, and which need IELTS?

It depends on the regulator in the country you are moving to, not on the test itself. Most English-speaking destinations publish a list of the English tests they accept for nurses, and the lists are not the same. A test one regulator accepts may not appear on another's list, and the score bands differ. Before you book anything, open the nursing regulator's page for your destination, such as the NMC for the UK, Ahpra for Australia or NMBI for Ireland. Note the accepted tests and the score for each section, and check how recent the result must be and whether two sittings can be combined.
