Our country guides set out the steps for each route, from the regulator and English tests to the licensing exams, document checks, visa options and official fees. Guides cover routes from India, the Philippines and other source countries. Read the guide for your route, then confirm each step on the official site of the body it names, and note the date you checked. Use the guide as a checklist for your own timeline rather than as a final authority, because the official source decides. If an agency suggests a different route, ask it to explain the difference in writing before you pay anything. Keep your originals safe, and check each fee against the official list. Each guide shows the date it was last checked, so you can judge how current it is.
