How we make and check content

Rules, fees and scores

• We read the official page of the regulator, exam body or test provider and copy the figure, the date and the link. We do not use agents, forums or blogs as the source of a rule.
• Every fact on a country page shows Checked <date> and a Source link. Each country also shows how confident we are: high when the official pages answered everything, medium when some details are still being confirmed.
• When an official page does not show a figure, we leave it out and say so in the country notes. We do not guess.
• When the last check is more than 90 days old, the country page shows a notice asking you to confirm on the regulator's website, and a link to report outdated information.
• Exam pages (NCLEX-RN, NMC CBT and OSCE, OET, IELTS, Prometric and DHA, German B2 Pflege) are built only from those same checked facts.

Practice questions

The 14,487 practice questions on the site were drafted with automated tools (AI software) and checked by automated review steps, including rules that test the format, the answer key and duplicate options. Questions are original, written for NurseFlyAbroad, and not copied from real exams.

What we do not do, so that you can judge them fairly:

• They are not official exam material and the exam bodies have not approved them.
• They are not reviewed one by one by a licensed nurse. A nurse spot-check has not been done yet. Until it has, this site will not say that questions are reviewed by a nurse.
• Clinical and drug-dose questions are for exam practice only. Do not use them to decide patient care.

If you find a wrong answer, use the report control on the question or write to support@nurseflyabroad.com. See Corrections.

The Guide and community answers

The Guide is an AI assistant. It answers from our checked knowledge base and can still make mistakes. It does not give legal, immigration or medical advice. Answers from other people in the community are their own experience and are not checked by us. Confirm anything that matters on the official page.

Latest news

Each item is written in our own words, credits the original publisher with a link, and shows the date we last opened the source. Each item has its own page and appears in the RSS feed.

Translations

The site is translated into 18 languages with the help of software (machine translation). Native-speaker review is not finished. On the legal pages, the English version is the binding text and the translation is for convenience. Practice questions stay in the language of the exam. If a translation is wrong, tell us and we will fix it.

Money and independence

Partners and advertisers never pay for rankings, answers or reviews, and they never see your personal details. See How we are funded.
