Licensing fees are set by the authority, so ask the authority directly and get the amount in writing. An agency that offers a cheaper route to a licence may be asking for a payment that is not official. Check the official DHA website for the current fee list, and compare it with what the agency asks you to pay. Do not pay for a licence through a personal account, a mobile wallet or cash without a receipt. No one can buy you a licence, so an agency that promises one should be treated as a warning sign.
