The waiting period and the fee are set by the test provider, and both can change, so check the official OET website before you book. Write down the rules and the fee from that site, with the date you checked them. Plan your study between attempts, and review each sub-test result rather than only the overall grade, because the sub-test results show which skill to practise. Keep a practice log, and repeat the weakest sub-test first. Avoid anyone who offers to sit the test for you or to guarantee a grade, because no one can buy a pass. If you need free practice to build reading skills, our OET reading practice is one option. Those questions are not official exam material, so rely on the official site for the rules, the waiting period and the fee.
