Tell us about a mistake

• A wrong or outdated rule, fee or score: use the report link on the country page, or write to support@nurseflyabroad.com with the page address and, if you can, the official page that shows the right figure.
• A wrong practice question or answer: use the report control after the answer, or write to the same address with the question text.
• Something in the community: use the report button on the post. See Terms.

What we do

1. We reply to every message within 3 working days.
2. We open the official source and check the claim. We do not change a rule because one person said so; we change it when the official page shows it.
3. We aim to fix a confirmed error within 7 days. When the error affected a rule, fee or score, we update the “Checked” date and add a line to the country's “Recent changes” or to Latest news.
4. If we decide not to change something, we tell you why.
